Aishwarya Manga founded Creative Mindz while she was in high school, driven by a passion for creating meaningful opportunities for young people to learn, express themselves, and serve their communities. 

What began as a student-led initiative has grown into a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth through creativity, education, leadership, and community engagement.

Through her vision and commitment, Aishwarya continues to lead Creative Mindz in developing programs that inspire confidence, build connections, and encourage the next generation to make a positive impact.

Shrihan Naidu brings exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail,and a collaborative spirit to Creative Mindz. 

As the Secretary, he helps coordinate communications, organize meetings,events and ensure the smooth execution of Creative-Mindz initiatives.

Shrihan is passionate about community service and believes that meaningful change begins with teamwork and clear communication. 

His dedication to service and passion for building strong communities make him a valuable addition to our team.

 Shreeya Pranavi is a rising senior at American High School with a passion for business, marketing, and community service. 

She supports Creative Mindz by strengthening its operations, expanding community outreach, and developing strategies to increase awareness and participation in its programs. 

Shreeya is committed to using her creativity and leadership skills to help the organization create meaningful opportunities for individuals with special needs.
